Parent Pay is our cashless payment system in school (www.parentpay.com). You can use Parent Pay to make online payments with a debit or credit card any time 24-7, via smartphone app or website. You can also view school meal balances and top them up. It makes payment for school items easier and more flexible for parents and reduces the amount of cash being carried by children on school premises.
When you first use the Parent Pay service you will be asked for a username and password. This information is usually sent home in a letter format with your child soon after they start at school. If you need these details again or have forgotten how to log on please do ask at the office for these.
We ask that all parents keep their account in credit and check their balance regularly. When paying for trips your payment also gives your consent for your child to attend, so we ask that you do this well in advance of any trip arranged.
We also ask that you pay for your child’s school lunches prior to or within the week your child actually has those school meals. This will prevent unnecessary admin time calling individual parents to request payments on their account.
